Before you can create an online education profile with ABC Drive Safe, a subsidiary of Dylund Enterprises LLC, we are obliged to disclose, and you acknowledge and consent to, the following:
- ABC Drive Safe does not provide individual legal or medical advice.
- ABC Drive Safe is not liable for any user-side technical issues or challenges. These encompass basic computer or mobile device operation, device compatibility, internet connectivity, and the use of necessary software applications or programs.
- Your privacy is paramount to us. We ensure that all information shared orally, electronically, and in writing will be managed within legal and ethical boundaries. We take precautions to disclose information only to those with a legitimate right to know. A complete copy of our privacy policy is available upon request or can be accessed on our websites.
- For the purpose of troubleshooting technical issues that may arise, ABC Drive Safe may record details about the device you use to access your online learning profile. These details may include your IP address, operating system, and browser information.
- As a customer of ABC Drive Safe, we may occasionally need to communicate with you regarding your account. You agree to be contacted via telephone calls, SMS messages (text messages), standard mail, and electronic mail (email). You may opt out from being contacted within your student profile at any time. In accordance with our privacy policy, we will not share your information with other parties without your permission.

- Refund Policy. ABC Drive Safe offers a money-back guarantee for all purchases. This guarantee states that if your Court, Caseworker, School, or other Agency does not accept your certificate of completion for us to fulfill your requirements, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you must provide the following:
- Written notification from the court, school, employer, or other agency stating that the certificate was not accepted and
- A copy of the original court order or other documentation directing you to take the course. This document must not include a provider list or an exclusion of online providers.
- We strongly encourage all our clients to review court orders or other documents instructing enrollment in an online course before registering. As long as there is no list of specific providers you must select from, and online providers are not completely excluded, our certificate will be accepted. If it is not accepted, you are guaranteed a full refund.
- The refund request MUST be submitted within 21 days of purchase; otherwise, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
- Once you begin the course there are no refunds except at the sole discretion of the company.ABC Drive Safe will retain your certificate on file for 24 months from the date of issuance. You can request a duplicate copy at any time by emailing support@abcdrivesafe.com
- Copyright-Restrictions on Use of Materials. No material from the Site or Company or any website operated, licensed, or controlled by same may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Company copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of this Agreement, the use of any such material on any other website or networked computer environment is prohibited. You acknowledge that the Company remains the owner of the posted materials, and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.
- Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Warranty. You agree that use of any or every part of the site is entirely at your own risk and is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
