For changes to information once Certificate of Completion has been generated
a. Go to your Registration tab
b. Change any information
c. Click on “submit”
After updating your information, send your request to reprocess your certificate to: support@abcdrivesafe.com. Please include your purchase order number, your full name and the name of the course.
You will receive an email with your corrected certificate once our IT department has processed your request.
NOTE: If your change order was for a traffic school certificate where you changed your answer that you took the course to remove up to 3 demerit points, we will also fax your certificate to the DMV for you.
It may take up to 2 business days to complete your request.
