Nevada’s DUI Implied Consent Law is Ruled Unconstitutional

On October 16th the Nevada Supreme Court ruled the state DUI Implied Consent law is unconstitutional.

Based on a 2013 U.S. Supreme Court decision called Missouri v. McNeely, the Nevada court said in a unanimous decision that the state’s law violates the Fourth Amendment against unreasonable search.

Tailgating Drivers and Karma

Tailgating is an annoyance caused by aggressive drivers.

I’ve found some of the best examples of tailgaters receiving immediate karma for hanging on someone’s rear.

This redneck in a lifted pickup tailgates a woman for a few minutes before swerving to the right of her and around, while flipping her the bird, before speeding ahead, losing control and careening into a ditch. You can even watch a news segment cover it.
